1. Significance of the Information Security Measures

For J.E.T. Co., LTD. (hereinafter, the “Company”), information security measures are one of the most important management issues.

2. Manager’s Responsibility

The Company will strive to improve and enhance information security continuously in an organized manner under the leadership of the President as the chief executive.

3. Implementation System

In order to establish a system for dealing with information security in an organized manner, the Company will define roles and responsibilities and establish information security measures as official internal regulations.

1. Chief Executive: President
   The chief executive who makes decisions regarding information security measures.
2. General Manager: Director of Administration
   The person responsible for deciding important matters regarding information security measures, checking and reviewing the status of measures, creating specific control measures for the entire organization, and implementing measures based on the control measures.
3. Department Manager: Manager of each department
   Under the direction of the General Manager, the person responsible for implementing measures in the department for which they are responsible, checking the status of the measures, and reviewing them on an ongoing basis.

4. Employee Initiatives

Our employees shall continuously acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security to ensure our initiatives on information security.

5. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers.

6. Response to Violations and Accidents

In the event of any violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or accident related to information security, the Company will take appropriate measures to prevent a recurrence and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of such measures.

7. Review of Basic Policy

This basic policy will be periodically reviewed and revised as necessary to maintain effective and efficient information security measures.
